The sites are responsive again. The issue was caused by misbehaving bots. We have restricted access to search pages via our Web Application Firewall (WAF) and will continue to monitor the situation closely.

We are currently investigating an issue caused by a misbehaving crawler that is triggering intermittent outages across all OpenScholar sites.
